Areas of Practice

  • My therapeutic approach is designed to assist those with chronic health and dynamic/invisible disability (you may also use the term spoonies). I have a special interest in trifecta (hEDS/POTS/MCAS), fibromyalgia, ME/CFS and related conditions. I am passionate in supporting chronic pain, medical trauma and health equity concerns.

  • I am experienced in supporting complex trauma and dissociative disorders with knowledge of a number of therapy formats and protocol modifications to suit complex needs.

  • I value ongoing learning in how I can provide neuroaffirming care. I have particular experience in supporting late-diagnosed, high-masking and/or twice-exceptional women and continue to source best-practice education for supporting folks who have been impacted by gender and cultural exclusion in traditional conceptualisations of neurodivergence.

  • My therapeutic toolbox can assist with a range of experiences, including generalised anxiety, phobias, obsessive-compulsive concerns and navigating life stressors or decisions.

  • My skillset includes the exploration of assertiveness, boundaries, and culturally appropriate ways to enhance relationships and belonging in communities.

  • I am passionate about supporting my clients to navigate systemic disadvantage and power imbalances.

  • Another of my passions is supporting the unique challenges experienced by rural and remote Australians, including advocating for the building of culturally safe multidisciplinary health teams and problem-solving equitable access to supports.

  • I enjoy supporting other clinicians through their registration journey, as well as helping to address knowledge gaps when working with chronic illness, trauma and complex caseloads.

I’m so glad you’re here.

All Roads Psychology strives to be an inclusive and accessible service, operating from a fierce advocacy framework. You will see different invitations throughout the intake and therapy process to let me know how I can help you feel welcome and safe. I am always open to learning, so if there is anything I can do to make my materials or processes more accessible, all feedback is gratefully received!

I am honoured to practice my profession on Dharug and Gundungurra country. I pay my respects to Elders past and present. I commit to practising with listening and respect for First Nations peoples, and their deep connections to land, culture, community and healing practices. I also commit to practising my profession in a way that acknowledges the profound ongoing impacts of colonisation on the social-emotional wellbeing of First Nations peoples, as well as working in ways that honour Indigenous knowledge systems, sovereignty and resilience.
